- Billing data: purchase records and the last four digits of payment methods; full card details are handled by our processor.
- Usage data: request metadata such as timestamps, model, token/credit counts, and status codes.
- Request content: the prompts and outputs passing through the proxy, processed to deliver the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, and cookies for security and analytics.
2. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Service and route your requests;
- To process payments, manage credits, and prevent fraud;
- To monitor performance, debug, and enforce limits and our Terms;

We retain account and billing records as long as needed for the Service and legal obligations. Request content is retained only as needed to deliver and troubleshoot the Service; deletion can be requested below.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material breaches as required.

Your data, including request content forwarded upstream, may be processed in other countries under appropriate safeguards where required.
